I have read, understood and approved the notification that in case of a tattoo appointment, I declare that I am over the age of 18, that I will pay the deposit fee before the appointment, that I cannot request a refund if the appointment date is less than a week, and that I allow the photographing of the tattoo area to be taken and shared after the tattooing process.
